Chevrolet Suburban has been completely redesigned and re-engineered for model year 2000. Every piece of bodywork is new, though you'll have no trouble recognizing it. Its interior is all new and improved, but feels familiar. Its new engines offer substantially more power. Its rigid new frame and re-engineered suspensions offer excellent handling and ride quality. Last, but certainly not least, the brakes have been totally re-engineered for vastly improved pedal feel and stopping performance.
Soup to nuts, the Suburban is a more refined vehicle than before. Yet it retains all those qualities we've loved since its introduction in 1935: a spacious interior, strong torque for towing, off-road capability, and a stable, comfortable ride for long-distance travel.
